"Grow With Marie" offers holistic coaching services, webinars, educational content, and related resources to support parents, teens, and families in creating healthier, more resilient home environments.
By accessing or participating in any services, sessions, materials, or events under Grow With Marie, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

Free and paid webinars
Application-based programs
One-on-one or group coaching
Email sequences, PDF downloads, and free resources
Website use and any related communication
SMS/text message communications
3. SMS/Text Message Services
Description of SMS Use Cases
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Grow With Marie, you consent to receive:
Educational Content: Health and wellness tips for teen optimization, parenting strategies, and holistic health information
Program Updates: Coaching session reminders, webinar notifications, and program enrollment information
Appointment Reminders: Scheduled coaching session confirmations and time-sensitive updates
Promotional Messages: Special offers, new program launches, and limited-time opportunities (you may opt out of promotional messages while continuing to receive transactional messages)
Message Frequency: You can expect to receive approximately 2-4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your engagement level and program participation.
Message & Data Rate Disclosure
Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and your individual phone plan. Please consult your mobile service provider for details about potential costs. Grow With Marie is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
How to Opt In
You can opt in to SMS communications by:
Texting a designated keyword to our phone number
Providing your mobile number and checking the SMS opt-in box on our website forms
Verbally consenting during a phone consultation or coaching session
After opting in, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your subscription.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out at any time. To stop receiving SMS messages from Grow With Marie:
Reply STOP to any text message from us
Text STOP to our designated phone number
Email us at [email protected] with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line
You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Grow With Marie and participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
Mobile carrier technical issues
Network congestion
Device compatibility
Geographic location
Account status with your carrier
We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from undelivered, delayed, or misdirected messages.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported by major U.S. mobile carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and Virgin Mobile, among others. Please contact your carrier for specific details about your plan and compatibility.
SMS Privacy
Your mobile phone number and SMS interactions are subject to our Privacy Policy (link below). We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. SMS service providers may have access to your phone number solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
4. Age Restrictions
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, register for programs, or enter into any agreement with Grow With Marie.
While we provide coaching services designed to support teenagers (ages 13-18), all contracts, purchases, and service agreements must be made by a parent, legal guardian, or adult aged 18 or older.
Services for Minors
If services are being provided to a minor (under 18):
A parent or legal guardian must provide consent
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for all terms and payment obligations
Teen participation in coaching is voluntary and teen-led, but requires ongoing parental authorization
Parents/guardians must ensure minors use our services appropriately and in accordance with these Terms
By enrolling a minor in our services, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to consent on their behalf.
5. Not Medical Advice
All services are intended for educational and coaching purposes only.
Grow With Marie is not a licensed therapy provider, medical practice, or clinical service. Services provided do not constitute medical, mental health, or therapeutic treatment.
If you or your teen are experiencing serious emotional distress, mental health challenges, suicidal thoughts, or medical emergencies, please:

Consult a licensed medical or mental health professional immediately
By using our services, you acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
6. Coaching Participation
Coaching (if offered) is voluntary and based on mutual respect and readiness. Marie reserves the right to accept or decline participants based on alignment with her method and program scope.
Participation requires:
Respect for session boundaries and other participants
Parental agreement (for minors)
Teen-led involvement (for youth programs)
Compliance with scheduling policies and program requirements
7. Use of Content
All content—including videos, emails, guides, webinars, worksheets, and session recordings—is the intellectual property of Grow With Marie and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or sold without written permission.
You may use materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited uses include:
Reproducing content for commercial purposes
Sharing or distributing materials to non-participants
Reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works
Uploading content to public platforms without authorization
Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.
8. Confidentiality
Any personal stories shared in coaching, applications, or live sessions will be held in confidence.
Client testimonials may be used in anonymized form for marketing purposes with consent. We will never share your full name, identifiable details, or personal health information without explicit written permission.
Webinar attendance data (e.g., email, name) is used for follow-up communication and coaching invitations. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
9. Scheduling & Cancellation
If coaching sessions are included:
Sessions are booked via an online platform
24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in loss of session credit
No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in loss of session credit
Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Group events and webinars will not be rescheduled individually if missed. Recordings may be provided when available.
10. Refund Policy
Free resources are offered "as is" and may be updated or removed at any time without notice
Paid services (coaching packages, premium webinars, courses) are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the specific offer or required by law
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase
Marie reserves the right to deny refunds based on engagement level, program completion, or breach of terms
Partial refunds may be considered for unused portions of multi-session packages at Marie's sole discretion
Exceptions:
Technical failures preventing access to purchased content may qualify for refunds
Cancellation by Grow With Marie will result in a full refund
11. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your contact information is used only to communicate relevant content, program invitations, and service-related updates. It will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

12. Right to Refuse Service
Grow With Marie reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:
Behaves inappropriately or disrespectfully toward Marie, staff, or other participants
Violates community boundaries or program guidelines
Misuses the platform, materials, or services
Provides false information during registration or application
Engages in harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior
Breaches these Terms of Service
Termination of services due to misconduct will result in forfeiture of all fees paid, with no refund.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Grow With Marie, including Marie Tuason and any affiliated staff, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:
Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Emotional distress or personal injury
Results (or lack thereof) from coaching programs
Technical issues, including SMS delivery failures
Third-party actions or service interruptions
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our services is to discontinue use.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall Grow With Marie's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grow With Marie, Marie Tuason, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
Your violation of these Terms of Service
Your misuse of our services or content
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any false or misleading information you provide
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services:

Mediation: If informal resolution fails, both parties agree to participate in good-faith mediation before pursuing legal action
Arbitration: Any unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
16. Modifications to Terms
Grow With Marie reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms
